What is your returns policy?

 

All sales are final. We welcome the opportunity to exchange your garment within 7 days after receiving it if you find that the sizing was not the best fit for you and if we have your size available. Return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

 

Free shipping is offered on orders of $120 or more,

When will I receive my garment?

 

We take pride in providing you with a quality garment. Shipping times will vary due to the nature of our garments, most of which are handmade.

Orders ship from Atlanta, GA via USPS.

How do I care for my garment?

 

All garments with fringes should be hand washed with cold water and hung to air dry. Those without fringes can be washed with cold water in the washing machine and dried on low heat in the dryer.

 

Will "Out of Stock" items be restocked?

 

Once an item is marked out of stock it will not be restocked. So if you see something you love today it may be gone tomorrow.

How do I track my order?

 

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped that will provide you with your tracking information.

 

Do you replace old fringes?

 

Yes. If you would like your old fringes replaced please send us an email. The cost will be $20+/item + shipping.

What is your privacy policy?

 

Rest assured that your information is only used to provide our services to you and alert you to new merchandise. We will never share your information, unless required to do so by law.
